Preparation

  • Place the salmon fillet in the center of a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
  • Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  • Seal the foil by folding the sides over the salmon, creating a pouch.
  • Bake the foil-wrapped salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Open the foil packet, switch your oven to broil, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Consider marinating the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking for deeper flavor. Veggie add-ins such as bell peppers or broccoli can be added to the foil for a one-pan meal.
