Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut each pear in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
  • Place the halved pears cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Coat the pears lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Fill each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
  • Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender and lightly caramelized.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving warm.

Notes

Choose Anjou or Bosc pears for the best texture. You can add nuts for crunch or substitute goat cheese for feta. Adjust sweetness with honey as needed.
