Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  • Press firmly into the liners to form a crust.

Making the filling

  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream, mixing until just combined.
  • Fill the liners three-quarters full with this mixture.
