Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Heart of the cheesecake.

  • 0.5 cups heavy cream Provides luscious texture.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Zesty kick.

Topping

  • 1 cups fresh blackberries Juicy and slightly tart.

Instructions
 

Preparation of Crust

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  • Stir in the melted butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  • Spoon the mixture into the bottom of mason jars and press down to form a firm crust.

Preparation of Filling

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add lime juice and lime zest to the cream cheese blend, folding until combined.

Assembly

  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust in each jar.
  • Top with fresh blackberries and drizzle with honey if desired.

Chill

  • Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least two hours, ideally overnight.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Store in the fridge for up to three days.
