  • 4 pieces Croissants Buttery and flaky, serve as the base.
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened for mixing.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen.

Custard Mixture

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Enhances warmth and flavor.

For Serving

  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar For dusting before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with blueberries until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant and cream cheese layers.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, fold in lemon zest or sprinkle granola on top before baking. You can also use different berries or chocolate chips as variations.
