Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta per package instructions.
  • During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, add the frozen mixed vegetables, allowing them to heat through. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same pot, reduce heat to medium and add cream of chicken soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  • Include cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, and shredded chicken into the creamy sauce, mixing well.
  • If using, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover the pot for a few minutes to melt.
