Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the greased dish.
  • Arrange half of the frozen cheese ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  • Top the ravioli with half of the remaining marinara sauce, followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
  • Repeat the layers using the remaining ravioli, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on top.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor. For a spicy kick, sprinkle red pepper flakes between layers. You can prepare ahead and store in the refrigerator, increasing baking time if chilled.
