Preparation

  • Add diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet, sautéing them together for about four minutes until they are tender and fragrant.
  • Sprinkle in the taco seasoning mix, stirring to evenly coat the beef and veggies.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the can of Rotel with the nacho cheese sauce, mixing until creamy.

Assembly

  • Lay out large flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
