  • 1 lb ground beef juicy and succulent
  • 1 packet taco seasoning aromatic blend of spices
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp and creamy
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese stretchy and melty
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough flaky, buttery goodness

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes fresh and vibrant
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions crisp and zesty
  • 1/4 cup sour cream for serving; creamy indulgence
  • salsa for dipping; optional, tangy and flavorful burst

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon a generous amount of seasoned beef onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Roll each triangle from the wider end toward the point.
  • Place rolled sticks on a greased baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve warm with sour cream and salsa for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to drain excess fat from beef for a hearty filling. Grease the baking sheet well to prevent sticking.
