Ingredients

For the cheesecake mixture

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk provides rich sweetness
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese softened to a creamy consistency
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping thawed for fluffy texture
  • 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling bursting with fruity flavor
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional, for an extra fun texture

For garnish

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for classic cheesecake crunch

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or a whisk.
  • Slowly incorporate the sweetened condensed milk while continuing to beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  • Carefully stir in the cherry pie filling, maintaining the lightness of the mixture.
  • If using, add in the mini marshmallows for added texture.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.

Notes

For an extra splash of flavor, add a few drops of vanilla extract to the cream cheese and condensed milk mixture. You can swap the cherry pie filling for other fruit fillings like blueberry or strawberry. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
