Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until light and fluffy.

Baking
