Instructions
 

Prepare Cookie Dough

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add milk and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
  • Gradually add heat-treated flour until just incorporated.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Brownie Batter

  • Follow the instructions on the brownie mix package or use your favorite homemade recipe.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread a thin layer of brownie batter at the bottom of the lined baking pan.
  • Place a frozen cookie dough ball in the center, and cover it with the remaining brownie batter.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
