  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk This adds sweetness and enhances the creaminess of the ice cream.
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring The heart of this recipe, bringing in that distinctive, sugary goodness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until fully blended and smooth.
  • Add the cotton candy flavoring to the mixture and stir well to incorporate.
  • Divide the mixture into two separate bowls. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to the other. Stir until the colors are fully blended.

Assembling

  • In a freezer-safe container, spoon alternating layers of the pink and blue ice cream mixtures aiming for a swirled effect.
  • Cover the container with a lid and place it in the freezer for at least four hours or until the ice cream is firm.

Serving

  • Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and serve. Enjoy the burst of sweetness with each bite!

Notes

For a fluffier texture, whip the heavy cream before adding it to the sweetened condensed milk. Experiment with different flavorings, such as vanilla or bubblegum, and add mini marshmallows or sprinkles for extra fun.
