Instructions

  • Once done, set the chicken aside.

Sauté the Veggies

  • In the same saucepan, melt the butter and toss in the onion, celery, and bell pepper.
  • Cook until the veggies become tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, thyme, and the second tablespoon of Cajun seasoning; cook for about another minute until fragrant.

  • Let bubble together until the pasta is tender, about 7 minutes.
