Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped dill pickles, and pickle juice.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chopped dill, and green onions. Mix everything together until fully combined and smooth.
  • Use your hands to shape the mixture into a ball or wrap it in plastic wrap and mold it.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • After chilling, roll the cheese ball in crushed Ritz crackers or chopped pecans to coat.

Serving
