  • 1 lb big block of smooth, creamy Velveeta cheese Provides luscious texture.

  • 1 can creamy chicken soup Brings comforting warmth.
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with chilies Adds a zesty kick.

Meat

  • 2.25 lbs seasoned ground beef Provides hearty protein.

Pasta

  • 1 box bowtie noodles Perfect vessel for the dish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Drain the excess fat and transfer the beef into a spacious crockpot.
  • Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks, adding them to the crockpot along with the creamy chicken soup and the can of Rotel tomatoes (do not drain).
  • Stir all ingredients together and cover the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Set the crockpot to low heat and let it simmer for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • About 20 minutes before serving, cook bowtie noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain the noodles and add them to the crockpot, gently mixing until well-coated.

Notes

To avoid common mistakes, do not overcook the noodles and stir the ingredients regularly in the crockpot.
