Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Pour in the melted butter and stir until the crumbs are moistened.
  • Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden. Let it cool.

Making the Filling
