Assembly
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef, and cheese.
- Pour the creamy soup mixture evenly over the layers.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
