A delightful and colorful cocktail that combines creamy coconut, fruity pineapple, and crunchy Fruit Loops cereal, evoking fond childhood memories in a fun drink.
Ingredients
For the Cocktail Mixture
- 2 oz white rum for a light, refreshing base
- 1 oz coconut cream adding a luscious creaminess
- 1 oz heavy cream to enhance the richness
- 4 oz fresh pineapple juice juicy with tropical sweetness
- 1/2 cup crushed ice for that perfect chill and texture
- Gel food coloring various colors for a festive look
- Fruit Loops cereal crunchy and colorful
For the Cereal Milk Foam
- 1/2 cup milk for a frothy cereal milk foam
- 1/4 cup heavy cream for added lushness in the foam
- Extra Fruit Loops for garnish, because presentation matters!

Preparation
- Start by gathering your cocktail shaker and adding the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.
- Add a few drops of gel food coloring to the shaker for a splendid rainbow effect. Shake again to distribute the coloring.
Making the Cereal Milk Foam
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over low heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in a handful of Fruit Loops and let steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain out the cereal. Use a hand mixer or frother to whip the cereal milk until frothy.
Assembly
- Pour the colorful Fruit Loop mixture into a glass, and gently spoon the cereal milk foam on top.
- Garnish with additional Fruit Loops on top for a fun touch.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the white rum and increase the pineapple juice. Use different gel food coloring combinations to create your signature shade. Add Fruit Loops just before serving to keep them crunchy.
