Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly.
  • Place about a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the dough around the filling to seal.

Baking

  • Place the stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet with space to expand.
  • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush over the tops of the dough balls.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Consider adding mustard or ketchup inside the beef mixture for extra flavor. Jalapeños or bacon bits can also provide a spicy twist. For quicker preparation, cook the beef and onions a day in advance.
