  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough Flaky and golden, acting as the perfect outer layer.
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted Improves the texture and flavor of the biscuit dough.
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Offers a nutty and creamy finish.
  • 1 tsp minced garlic Infuses a fresh garlic aroma that complements the overall flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and finely chopped onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted into the beef mixture.
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture into each flattened biscuit, fold and pinch to seal.
  • Place the filled bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried parsley, then brush over the tops of the bombs.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving, garnishing with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider jalapeños, crispy bacon bits, or different types of cheese. These bombs can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator or frozen before baking.
