Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  • Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
