  • 1 lb ground beef Succulent and rich in flavor
  • 4 large potatoes Peeled and diced for even cooking
  • 1 medium onion Chopped for an aromatic base
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced to elevate the flavor
  • 1 cup beef broth Adds depth to the dish
  • 1 tsp paprika For warmth and color
  • 1/2 tsp salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper To taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking
  • 1/4 cup parsley Chopped, optional garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart until it resembles crumbles.
  • Remove cooked beef and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  • Add diced potatoes, cooking for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Return ground beef to the skillet and stir into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper over the dish.
  • Pour in beef broth, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Storage: Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
