  • 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and carefully separate each biscuit, placing them on a clean surface.
  • Gently flatten each biscuit with your fingers to create a small disc.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Carefully fold the biscuit around the cheese to form a ball, ensuring to pinch the edges together tightly.
  • Arrange the cheese-stuffed biscuit balls in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Brush the tops of the biscuit balls with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each biscuit.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Serving

  • Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for vibrant flavor and serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
