Ingredients

For the Raspberry Sauce

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries Bursting with flavor
  • 1/2 cup sugar To balance the tartness
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Adding a touch of brightness

For the Freakshake

  • 2 cups creamy vanilla ice cream For that indulgent base
  • 1 cup whole milk To achieve the right consistency
  • 1/2 cup raspberry sauce For layered deliciousness
  • 1 cup whipped cream Fluffy and light topping
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar Sweetening the cream
  • 1 graham cracker crushed For a crunchy topping
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam To enhance the fruity flavor
  • 4-6 pieces mini cheesecake slices Providing a decadent twist
  • Fresh pieces raspberries For garnish
  • Extra tbsp graham cracker crumbs For added crunch

Instructions

Make the Raspberry Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Freakshake Base

  • In your blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and 1/2 cup of the prepared raspberry sauce until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Freakshake

  • Drizzle raspberry jam along the inside of each glass, then pour the milkshake mixture into the glasses until they are about 3/4 full.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spoon a generous dollop onto each freakshake.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream and place a mini cheesecake slice on top.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of extra graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

For a smoother raspberry sauce, consider straining the mixture to remove the seeds. Use cold equipment when whipping cream for best results. Feel free to personalize with different toppings and ingredients.
