Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

  • Add the sour cream and heavy cream, blending until completely creamy.
