Instructions
 

Cooking the Ravioli

  • Cook the ravioli in boiling water according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain and set aside in a large serving bowl.

Sautéing the Vegetables

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and melt the butter over medium-high heat until hot and bubbling.
  • Add the asparagus pieces and sauté for about 4 minutes or until tender, keeping the bright green color.
  • Toss in the halved grape tomatoes and minced garlic, sauté for an additional minute until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Stir in the balsamic vinegar to infuse the vegetables with flavor.

Combine and Serve

  • Pour the asparagus and tomato mixture over the cooked ravioli in the serving bowl.
  • Add the toasted walnuts, minced basil, and parsley, gently tossing everything together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle the shredded parmesan on top. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Toasting the walnuts enhances their nuttiness. For heat, consider adding red pepper flakes. Substitute different ravioli fillings if desired.
