Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained Ensure well-drained
  • 8 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced

For the wonton cups

  • 12-14 pieces Wonton Wrappers

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin, allowing some overhang.
  • Lightly spray each wonton with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Baking

  • Fill each baked wonton cup evenly with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider using fresh spinach, adding herbs, or different types of cheese. The filling can be prepared a day ahead.
