Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan.

Making the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.

  • Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
