Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, stirring until well combined.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of serving cups and press it down gently to form a solid crust.
  • In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated for a light and fluffy texture.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the serving cups and smooth the top.
  • Top each cup with chopped fresh strawberries and garnish with extra Oreo cookies.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow time for setting.

Notes
