Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions for optimal flavor.

Layering

  • In a slow cooker, layer half of the hash browns at the bottom.
  • Add half of the seasoned beef, a third of the salsa, and a third of the cheese.
  • Repeat the layers to create a beautiful stacked casserole.
  • Top with remaining salsa and dollops of sour cream.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Serving
