Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions in well-salted water. Once al dente, drain and let it cool slightly.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the pitted olives and crumbled feta.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic (if using), fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Notes
