  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice For tartness to balance sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup Optional, add for extra sweetness.
  • 1 1/2 cups club soda or sparkling water Add just before serving for fizz.

Garnishes

  • to taste pineapple slices For garnish.
  • to taste lime wedges For garnish.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Pour in the 4 cups of pineapple juice followed by the 2 cups of lemonade.
  • Add 1 cup of coconut water to embrace its tropical essence.
  • Sprinkle in the 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice and stir well.
  • If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup until dissolved.
  • Just before serving, gently pour in the 1 1/2 cups of club soda or sparkling water.

Serving

  • Fill each glass with ice cubes and let the punch cascade over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple, a lime wedge, and a mint leaf.

Notes
