Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and let it simmer on low for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, stir in the uncooked mostaccioli pasta.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top and cover again.
  • Cook on low for an additional hour, or until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
