  • 12 oz White Chocolate Chips (or White Melting Wafers) Choose a high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and consistency.
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves or Pieces, Toasted The warmth and nuttiness of toasty pecans enhance the overall flavor profile.
  • ¾ cup Dried Cranberries Their tartness contributes a delightful contrast to the sweet chocolate.
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional) Adds a lovely depth of flavor.
  • Flaky Sea Salt, for Garnish (Optional) A sprinkle adds a gourmet touch and balances the sweetness.

Preparation

  • Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 350°F and toast them for 7–8 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in the toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
  • Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them slightly to form clusters.
  • Sprinkle tops with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet, if desired.
  • Refrigerate the clusters for about 20 minutes until firm.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to three months. Can be enjoyed warm by microwaving briefly.
